These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Trilogy Villas’ website, located at www.trilogyvillasdenarau.com .
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Trilogy Villas if you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Check-In and Check-Out
   Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Early Arrival:
To guarantee immediate villa access before 2:00 PM, we recommend booking the night before. Luggage storage is available if your villa is not yet ready. Reception operates daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Late Departure:
Late check-out until 6:00 PM may be available at 50% of the nightly rate, subject to availability. After 6:00 PM, a full night’s charge will apply.2. Reservation and PaymentGuaranteed Reservations:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Accepted methods include Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, American Express, local debit cards, and Mpaisa.
A non-refundable 4.9% service fee applies to credit card transactions.Deposit Requirement:
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.Balance Payment:
The remaining balance is due by the cancellation cut-off date outlined in Section 4.Payment Methods:Credit Card: A secure online link will be provided.Bank Transfer: An invoice with our bank details will be sent upon request.Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Refundable Bond and Damages
   A $1,000 refundable bond is required at check-in via cash or credit card pre-authorisation. This covers potential damages during your stay.
   After check-out, your villa will be inspected. The bond will be refunded within 7 days, less any deductions for damages or missing items. If damages exceed the bond, the guest is liable for the difference.

Please report any damages immediately to avoid disputes.

4. Cancellation Policy
   100% Refund: Cancellations 30 days or more before arrival.

50% Refund: Cancellations 14–29 days before arrival.

0% Refund: Cancellations within 14 days of arrival.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method, minus any service, admin, or overseas transfer fees.

5. Occupancy and Behavior
   Each villa’s maximum occupancy is stated in your booking. Guests must behave respectfully at all times.
   No parties or events are permitted without prior written approval from Trilogy Villas Management.
6. Liability
   Trilogy Villas is not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft.
   Guests are responsible for any damages or losses and will be charged accordingly.
7. Force Majeure
   Trilogy Villas is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions). In such cases, we may offer alternative dates or a refund minus non-recoverable costs.
8. Privacy
   Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on our website).
9. Liability Limit for Guest Property
   Our liability for lost or damaged property is limited to FJD $120 unless:

Loss/damage resulted from negligence by Trilogy Villas staff.

Property was entrusted for safekeeping.

We refused to accept the deposit when we were required to.

11. Changes to Terms
    Trilogy Villas reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated to affected guests.
12. Construction Notice
    While we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, some neighboring villas may still be under development. We will do our best to minimize disruptions.
13. Guest Access and Photography
    Guests are not permitted to enter other villas. Photography or videography beyond your booked villa or public areas is not allowed without written approval.

Violation may result in eviction without refund.

14. Drone Policy
    Drone usage is strictly prohibited due to proximity to Denarau Port and airspace restrictions. You may apply for a permit through relevant authorities and submit approval prior to check-in.
15. Backup Generator
    Not all villas are equipped with generators. If power supply is critical to your stay, please inquire prior to booking.
16. Quiet Hours
    Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise may result in warnings, involvement of local security, or eviction without refund.
17. Prohibited Activities
    Illegal substances and activities are strictly prohibited. Authorities may be contacted for violations.
18. Maximum Occupancy
    Guests must not exceed the occupancy limit of the villa. Overcrowding may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.
19. Unauthorized Guests
    Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Additional guests require prior approval and are subject to extra charges (see Appendix A).
20. House Rules
    All guests are expected to comply with the house rules provided. Non-compliance may result in penalties or forfeiture of bond.
21. No Subletting
    Subletting the villa or any part thereof is strictly prohibited.
22. Lost Keys
    Guests are responsible for lost keys and will be charged for full lock replacement. Please safeguard your keys.
23. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Fiji and the Denarau Island By-Laws. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
